THE PROCESS

The general steps taken to provide you with a custom piece are as follows:

Step One – Get in Touch
Contact me via email or phone and let me know what it is you’re looking to have made. (You may also purchase items that are still available for sale under the menu: Furniture & Art Gallery).

Step Two – Price Estimate
I will provide you with a ballpark estimate based on the information provided. If the estimate is within your budget, then we will both proceed to the next stage.

Step Three – Design & Quote
There may be multiple design options available. I will be in touch to discuss these options with you. Once a final design is approved, I will provide you with an official quote and if approved a 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. A lead time will also be provided.

Step Four – The Build Begins!
This is where your ideas are brought to life.
